Britain can take a look at the pluses and minuses of forming a coalition government from the different nations which follow this system of government. This is because the recent elections have not led to a clear winner which can command the parliamentary majority. Many people in Britain which does not exclude Conservative leader David Cameron had expressed the fear of a hung parliament leading to a government too weak to deal with the massive deficits they face. This could further lead to sparking out panic in the financial markets.
The Conservatives have been very open about cutting down public spending to help in the reduction of deficits. Meanwhile, the strategists in the Labor Camp put forth the argument that substantial reduction in costs of public spending over a relatively short time period will in turn slow the economic recovery that country if going through along with the rest of the world.
